These 4 crepes are loaded with real goodness that is just so irresistibly delicious. I have tried making these, and now, they are a regular favorite of my youngest daughter and my sweet-toothed husband who requests for them during breakfast, as a dessert during lunch and even as movie snacks during movie nights after dinner!

No tricks, no knicks, it’s all very easy to prepare. I have run down the simple steps for these 1-Way crepes, and if you wish to see a video of it, you will see it at the end of this article.

I. Prepare The Crepes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of All Purpose Flour
  • 3 pcs of Eggs
  • ¼ cup of Melted Butter
  • 3 tbsps of Granulated Sugar
  • 3 cups of Milk

Equipment:

  • 1 pcs of Large Bowl
  • 1 pcs of Frying Pan
  • 1 pcs of Ladle or Spoon

Oh, wait! Before we go on to the steps, here are some tips that you need to remember when cooking the crepes:

  • To know if the crepe is ready to flip, lift up one of the edges about 1/3 of the way.
  • To make sure the crepes stay moist, cover with a paper towel.

Steps:

1. Combine All Ingredients

Combine flour, eggs, butter and sugar first, and then add milk.

2. Cook Batter In Pan

Heat your pan and then pour 1/3 cup of the batter in the center and then swirl the batter around the edges of the pan until set. Before flipping the crepe, make sure that the bottom side is golden brown.

II.) Make The Fillings

A. For Chocolate Strawberry Filling

Ingredients:

  • 2 crepes
  • 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 10 strawberries, sliced
  • Powdered sugar

Steps:
1. Spread Chocolate Hazelnut

Apply a general amount of Hazelnut Chocolate Spread on one side of the crepe.

2. Place Strawberries

Put the strawberries on top of the chocolate spread.

3. Fold And Serve

Cover the other half of the crepe on top of the strawberries, then fold the crepe in half. Do the same to the other crepe then sprinkle with powdered sugar and you are gorgeously done.
