Enjoy egg and bread in a slightly different way!
Egg in a bread is a deliciously runny yolk egg that is cooked at the center of a bread. The preparation is very easy and simple that unites both your favorite foods – eggs and toast. On this tutorial from Original Naked Chef channel, I will show you how it is done.
Start by cutting a hole in the center of the bread, and spread the butter over it.
Prepare a small non-stick frying pan, make sure to put the heat really low so you will not burn out the bread. Put the buttered bread into the frying pan for about a minute and then gently flip it over.
Put a little bit of olive oil in the middle, then crack the egg in there. Try not to break the yolk.
After two minutes or when you see that the egg is cooked and firm, flip it over very gently. Add just a little bit amount of olive oil to make sure the egg does not stick.
For about a minute or so. You can carefully touch the egg if it’s cook. When cooked, you can now prepare your plate to serve it. Enjoy!
This brekkie is so simple and delicious – a perfect combination. You can also serve it with grilled tomatoes or fruits to squeeze in some extra goodness.
