Do you want to try a unique recipe for your egg and bread? Since egg sandwiches are common these days, I will share you this Egg-in-bread recipe. A creative meal for breakfast! A must try egg and bread recipe with a twist!

Enjoy egg and bread in a slightly different way!

Egg in a bread is a deliciously runny yolk egg that is cooked at the center of a bread. The preparation is very easy and simple that unites both your favorite foods – eggs and toast. On this tutorial from Original Naked Chef channel, I will show you how it is done.

 

Ingredients:

  • Sliced Bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup of Butter
  • Olive oil
  • You also need a cookie or biscuit cutters (round)

Instructions:

Step 1

Start by cutting a hole in the center of the bread, and spread the butter over it.

Step 2

Prepare a small non-stick frying pan, make sure to put the heat really low so you will not burn out the bread. Put the buttered bread into the frying pan for about  a minute and then gently flip it over.

Step 3

Put a little bit of olive oil in the middle, then crack the egg in there. Try not to break the yolk.

Step 4

After two minutes or when you see that the egg is cooked and firm, flip it over very gently. Add just a little bit amount of olive oil to make sure the egg does not stick.

Step 5

For about a minute or so. You can carefully touch the egg if it’s cook. When cooked, you can now prepare your plate to serve it. Enjoy!
