[RECIPE] Easy Grilled Cheese Pizza Sandwich
For the love of pizza and grilled cheese – a heavenly combo!

Who doesn’t love pizza and grilled cheese? If you want to take it to the next level, why not combine both in one recipe? You’ll get to enjoy both worlds in this all-star and temtping sandwich idea which you can whip in 10 minutes!
Let’s start, shall we?
Ingredients:
- 3 pieces of sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 pieces of mozzarella cheese
- 4 – 6 pieces of pepperoni
- 4 black olives
- 1 tbsp of pizza sauce
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tbsp of butter
Directions:
Step 1.
First, grab a piece of bread and butter one side of it. Next, flip the bread over.
Step 2.
Spoon the pizza sauce into the center of the unbuttered side of the bread, swirling the sauce outward.

Step 3.
Add the slices of cheddar, mozzarella, pepperoni, and black olives on top of the pizza sauce.
Step 4.
Place the second piece of bread on then butter the top of your sandwich.
Now we’re ready to grill our pizza sandwich!
Step 5.
Heat your pan over medium heat. Place the grilled cheese pizza in and fry it for about 3 minutes on each side. Or you can wait until it’s golden brown and the cheese has nicely melted.
Step 6.
You will need to gently flatten down the sandwich with flipper periodically.
And you’re done!
