How to Prepare Grilled Pork Chop Marinade In 45 Minutes
Although this grilled pork chop marinade recipe may not be similar as to how your dads or moms used to do it at home, it’s still very super fast and easy. It’s all in the proper placing of seasonings, that’s all. 🙂 Well, alrighty then, let’s get to it!
Ingredients
- 8 pcs of Pork Chops, thinly cut large portions
- 4 cups of Mustard
- 8 tbsps of Grill Master Mesquite Seasoning
- 8 tbsps of Tony Chachere’s
- 2 cups of Dales Marinade or Moores Marinade
- 2 cups of Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cups of A1 Steak Sauce
Tips
- The marinade is placed in between the pork chops to avoid washing away the seasoning.
- Also, note that the marinade has a strong flavor, concentrating them on the sides instead of in the middle will prevent it from overpowering the other flavors.
Procedure
1. Spread the mustard
Lay out your pork chops on a flat pan. Then spread mustard on both sides of the meat with a spoon or with your hands.
2. Sprinkle dry seasoning
2.a Grill Master Mesquite first
First, you sprinkle Grill Master Mesquite on both sides of the meat.
2.b Tony Chachere’s follows
Followed with Tony Chachere’s to cover both sides, still.
3. Pour in liquid seasonings and let it chill
3.a Dales Marinade first
Pour Dales Marinade in between the pork chops.
3.b Worcestershire Sauce second
Next, you add in the Worcestershire Sauce carefully in between the gaps, too.
3.c A1 Steak Sauce last
Apply A1 Steak Sauce over the pork chops.
And then spread over the surface with a spoon. Place inside the freezer for about 45 minutes to an hour to marinate.
4. Grill and serve
Place your pork chops on the sides of the grill, away from direct heat to avoid burning the chops.
After one side is cooked, flip and move them to the middle to finish off. Check them every 2 to 3 minutes to avoid charring the meat. Remove when tender. Best served while hot! 🙂
