May 6, 2023 By Cathy Baker Leave a Comment

When it comes to birthdays, you can never go wrong with a cake. But kids nowadays are more specific with what cake recipe and design they want — especially girls! I have two daughters, and their Frozen cake requests are so deafening, I had to make this list of inspirations, pronto. 🙂 So if you have a daughter, make Frozen cakes on the top of your list of cake themes. Take it from me. Here, check it out!

Cooking Lessons | 28 Frozen Cakes Your Daughter Will Go Nuts Over

These 28 To-Die-For Frozen-Inspired Cakes Will Surely Drive Your Little Girls Super Happy!

We have watched the Frozen movie from Disney for the nth time already, and I never had a problem with my little girls pressuring me to make or buy any of the movie’s merchandise. But when we saw this incredible Frozen cake from my younger daughter’s friend’s 6th birthday party, my kids started to get that idea. And now, they want to have one for their birthdays, too. And they never fail to remind me every single day.

You see, between my two daughters, the younger one is the more persuasive one. She even screamed with excitement when she saw me making this list of Frozen cakes. And so the need to complete this list is a must. You wanna guess which Frozen cake she went gaga over?

1. Elsa and Anna 2-in-1 Dress Frozen Cake

This looks so adorable yet easy to make, I’ll probably choose this one for the girls’ Frozen cake surprise next weekend. Not only will they learn how to share, they get to enjoy each of their favorite characters together, too. For more details of this cake inspiration, go here.

2. Anna’s Birthday Episode Frozen Cake

Latest cake which as you can tell is a #frozenfever inspired cake. 6 and 4″ airbrushed stack 💗 www.deliciousbylinzi.co.uk

For you mommies who haven’t seen the sequel to this movie, I’m sure your little girls already know this one. I love how the sunflowers are scattered evenly on the cake and how the colors of summer and winter blend in together. Anna’s birthday in the movie is also clearly depicted by Olaf on top of the cake. These are what set this idea apart from the other Frozen cakes in this list.

3. Elsa Doll Dress Frozen Cake

All you need is to bake your cake in an inverted bowl shape then decorate. This is actually my favorite of all the Frozen cakes in this list. This will look great in a dress-up party. You simply give your daughter a DIY Elsa makeup fix and a cool costume to go with it. Your daughter will be ecstatic! Copy this clever idea right here.

4. Frozen Sisters Cake With an Edible Image

Are you intrigued as to how to achieve this gorgeous Frozen cake? Like, how can this even be edible? Well, ladies, you’re in luck. I actually have an easy step-by-step guide that will show you how all of this is done. Check out the decorating process here.

5.Basic Frozen Greeting Cake

If you noticed, this is the only sheet cake among the rest of the Frozen cakes on my list. The combination of colors used here is what drew me in. To get a closer look at this classic colorful cake, click here.

6. Cute Elsa Fondant Cake

This cutie pie totally steals the show. It shows young Elsa on top of the cake in her coronation outfit. I just love how her coronation is made to relate to the celebrant’s birthday. This cake is so royal and adorable, perfect for your little princess.

7.Winter Blue Frozen Cake

This particular cake will work perfectly well for your teenage daughters compared to the other Frozen cakes here. It’s got the right Frozen feel with a touch of elegance. Copy this cake inspiration by looking at it upclose, here.

8. Elsa Flowing Dress Frozen Cake

This Frozen cake ensemble greatly reminds me of Elsa’s “Let it go!” line. And being able to replicate that part of the movie will surely be a dream for your little girl. 🙂 To copy the exact folds of Elsa’s fondant dress, see details here.

9. Anna Doll Fondant Dress Frozen Cake

For my eldest daughter’s sake, I must not forget to include Anna’s Frozen cakes, too. One of Anna’s cake designs that caught my eye is this beautifully designed dress cake. To copy the details of this cute design, go here.

10. Olaf Frozen Cake Grass Skirt

Olaf was one of the characters in Frozen that made me roll on the floor laughing. And so my list of Frozen cakes will never be complete without Olaf in it. It took me hours to search for the perfect one and this Olaf cake just hit me right between the eyes. To get a closer look at this nicely done cake in another angle, go here.

11. Ice Castle Candy Frozen Cake

I want to give focus to this cake design that is not only incredibly original but will also work well when collaborated with other Frozen cakes. And I assure you, making it will also be a delight! Copy the ice castle candy recipe right here.

12. Sparkling Tiara Frozen Cake

#fbf #frozen inspired cake ❄️⛄️❄️Just found this video in my phone, special sound effect and all 😂 experimenting on a new technique for the tiara 👑 wish me luck 😁

Being able to snag the color pink and include it in a Frozen cake design is quite impressive. Check out this short video clip that allows you to examine this cake from top to bottom.

13. Easy Frozen Cake

Out of the all the Frozen cakes on the list, this one will deceive you the most. With its bright crystals, you might think that it’s difficult to put together, but it really is quite easy. Wanna bet? Test it out and follow the complete details of this cake design right here.

14. Elsa’s Buttercream Icing Hair Frozen Cake

The hair is what sets this cake apart from most of the Frozen cakes here. And the key to perfecting it is by using the perfect buttercream icing. 😉 Make sure to remember: for you to keep the hair, you gotta keep the cool.

15. Elsa Frozen Doll Cake

How to make Frozen magic happen with your fondant icing? Just simply patch it on this side and on that, and then twirl the fondant icing ever so slightly. That’s all it takes for Frozen cakes to be as pretty and enchanting as this. Do I sound random? 🙂 Better view the whole ensemble of this cake inspiration here to help you out.

16. Elsa in a Looking Glass Frozen Cake

Absolutely love this Frozen cake we made today!! #frozencakes #frozenparty #frozen #elsa #disney #capetown #southafrica #bakery #baker #baked #cakedecorating #cakes #instadaily #instacakes #happybirthday #partycakes #art #chocolatecake #fondant

This Frozen cake looks like a big gift with a sort of a mirror or amulet in the middle. I love how bright the colors look put together. And if your kid loves gigantic ribbons, then you just hit the jackpot with this one.

17. Frozen Fever Olaf 3-Tier Cake

Three-layered Frozen cakes are always grand. But what I like about this one are two things: Olaf is on top, and the tiers look so organized and put together. What’s more, they are not difficult to make and they easily go with any accents you wish to add. See this cake in the middle of a Frozen-themed birthday party, details here.

18. Elsa Ice Magic Pose Cake

This is simply too cute for words! The snowflakes candy icing are a brilliant addition to its smooth cake cover. Get a closer view here. These Frozen cakes just keep on getting cuter and cuter.

19. Ice Queen Elsa Frozen Cake

These Frozen cakes are indeed a work of art, but this has gone over the top. I have nothing but awe and praise for its creator, Mladman Cakes. To see the whole cake, go here.

20. Elsa Pink and Blue Frozen Cake

This is a more subtle Frozen-themed cake. It has two layers and its fondant design is pretty easy to duplicate. The snowflakes though look pretty tricky to me, but I’m sure the magic will do its thing once you try to work your way with it.

21. Disney’s Frozen Themed Cake with Pleats

With the nicely carved pleats, blue snowflakes, and white pearls, the whole cake is so fabulous. Looks like we have another winner to join the bandwagon of Frozen cakes for girls who are in between the 5th and 8th grade. Get a closer look at this cake, right here and try to make your original version with this piece as your inspiration.

22. Frozen Dress Pull Apart Cakes

One of the designed Frozen cakes that I want to secure in this list is a pull-apart cake. And how convenient it is to find this cake design that is an exact replica of Elsa’s dress. Go here, and you will find Anna and another Elsa dress Frozen cakes, too.

24. Elegant Frozen Cake

The third of the teenage girl Frozen cakes edition. I just love how light this cake looks, with its pastel blues and cute white icing snowflakes, covering the whole cake. Indeed, it does look like a piece of cloud that was torn out of the sky. To give you an idea how to set your elegant Frozen party that will perfectly compliment with this Frozen cake, go here.

25. Sven and Olaf Frozen Cake

This lovely cake honors the two most beloved sidekicks in the movie. If you cannot recognize them, then you are not a true-blue Frozen fanatic. Enough said.

26. Cute Frozen Castle Cake

This item is the answer to my very first question on the top, the very cake among the Frozen cakes that freaked my little girl out. 🙂 She screamed and was unable to contain her excitement when she saw these little cherub characters. And I totally agree with her. They are super cute! Go here and you will see that it is really a known signature look of most of the cake products made by the Little Cherry Cake Company.

27. Frozen Castle Cake

One of the Frozen cakes castles version that really caught my eye is this one, staying true to Frozen‘s blue theme. All of the characters are rounded up in this one too, which makes it even better. You can see the whole cake for inspiration by clicking here.

28. Frozen Castle Mountains Cake

The last, but definitely not the least, I just can’t help but include the mountain where Anna built her frozen castle on. I think this Frozen cake is very creative and well-made. If you want to copy this cake design, go here. If you don’t have a Facebook account, go here for the complete cake image.

Here is a gorgeous video tutorial by Cakes StepByStep, showing us how to decorate a Frozen Birthday Cake with fondant icing:

I’m going to let you in a little secret. I know I told my daughters to wait until next year to get one of these Frozen cakes for their birthdays, but the truth is, I will not make them wait that long. In fact, I really can’t wait to make them one of these masterpieces already. Ooh! I can just imagine how the youngest will react when I make one for them this coming weekend! They will surely go gaga! 🙂
