1. Wendy’s

Although their menu consists mostly of hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and french fries, they also offer some healthier alternatives.

2. Starbucks

Starbucks is known for their coffee, but in case you need some healthy foods, try checking out their menu.



The healthy options:

  • Breakfast wrap of spinach, roasted tomato, feta, and egg white
  • Bistro Box of chicken and hummus

3. McDonald’s
