Have you ever tasted a bacon ranch pasta recipe? If you have, don’t you just want to take it home with you? If you haven’t, then this is your chance to taste a slice of it. It is full of cheese and bacon recipe goodness, you will not get enough of it. Well, my husband doesn’t. So let’s start learning how to bake bacon ranch pasta in 4 steps.

A 4-Step Complete Recipe That Shows How to Bake Bacon Ranch Pasta The Easy Peasy Way

I guess it’s only normal for a couple to have some sort of misunderstandings, right? And it takes for both of you to cool down before you start talking again. And since this is my husband’s ultimate favorite chicken and bacon dish, this has always tamed him, it served as our peacemaker.

Between my husband and I, learning how to bake bacon ranch pasta was the best thing that happened to us. It is now part of the family’s treasured homemade recipes. I hope it can be yours too. Check it out!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of Chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 box of 10 oz Rotini Pasta, cooked to al dente
  • 7 to 8 slices of Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsps of All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 3/4 cup of Ranch Dressing
  • 3 tbsps of Butter
  • 2 cups of Mexican Cheese, shredded
  • 1 small can of Green Chile

Procedure

1. Melt butter in bacon oil

Use the oil where you cooked the bacon from and melt the butter on medium heat. Once the butter has melted, saute the garlic here.

2. Add chicken, flour and milk

When the garlic is already releasing its natural aroma, you can then add the chicken, flour, and milk into the pan. Mix thoroughly.

3. Toss the rest of the ingredients together

Before you start mixing, divide the cheese in half. When thoroughly combined, transfer it to a bowl and mix in the chili, ranch, half of the cheese and bacon. Toss in the pasta and mix again.



4. Top with cheese and bake

Place it in a baking pan and sprinkle the remaining half of the cheese on top. Let it bake in a 350°C preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
