Well, you don’t need to own one, because I’ll be sharing you a recipe for homemade ice cream that you’ll no longer need an Ice cream maker machine. You can also make it using only 2 ingredients. Plus, these frozen treats are so simple to make and so incredibly delicious.

In season and out of season, Ice cream is the most popular frozen desserts that people love to eat. With so many variants, people can’t simply get enough of this delightful food. If you are a sucker for this frozen sweets, then learn to make one without the machine. Here’s the recipe on how to make a flavorful homemade ice cream from Gemma Stafford. Simply follow the instructions below:

Ice Cream Base

Ingredients:

  • 14 ounces (1 can/ 400ml) sweetened condensed milk (fat-free or regular) cold
  • 2 cups (16oz/450 ml ) whipping cream, cold

Instructions:

Step 1

Place sweetened condensed milk in the fridge to keep it cold. Beat cold heavy cream on medium in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment (or using a hand mixer) until stiff peaks form.

Step 2

Turn down the speed a little and pour the condensed milk into the whipped cream. (Stir in vanilla extract now if desired).

Step 3

Turn up the machine speed again and whip until your mixture is thick and too stiff peaks. That’s it! You have your ice cream base. Now, you can add your desired flavors and fixings. Check out 6 suggested flavors below:

How to flavor your ice cream base:

Flavor 1: Strawberry cheesecake Ice Cream

Mix 1 cup of crushed cheesecake into 2 cups ice cream base and add strawberry puree.

Flavor 2: Honeycomb Ice Cream

Mix ½ cup crushed Honeycomb into 2 cups ice-cream base (don’t add too much as it will make your ice-cream soft, but very yummy).

Flavor 3: Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

Mix ⅔ cup crushed Oreo Cookies into 2 cups ice-cream base.



Flavor 4: Mango Ice Cream

Swirl ¼ cup mango puree into 2 cups ice-cream base.

Flavor 5: Rainbow Cake Ice Cream

Mix 1 cup frosted Rainbow cake into 2 cups ice-cream base.

Flavor 6: Birthday Cake Ice Cream

Mix 1 cup frosted Funfetti cake (or cupcake) into 2 cups ice-cream base.

Place each flavor in a large resealable container and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight before eating. GO NUTS! Experiment and enjoy creating something that is all you plus, satisfy that craving with this homemade ice-cream recipe. The good thing is you don’t need an ice cream machine – pop it in the freezer, then enjoy the sunshine!
