Trail Mix goes beyond the usual raisins and peanuts. The mixes have transformed into different kinds of dried fruits, mixed nuts, pretzels and all sorts of chocolates. Regardless with how many nutrient-packed goodies you want to mix in, this is so easy to prepare even with your eyes close. Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup peanuts (Spanish peanuts preferred with the skins on)
- 3/4 each of raw cashews, Brazil nuts, pistachios, pecans, walnuts
- 1 cup (or more) of sacha inchi seeds
- 1/2 cup each of raw pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cranberries (naturally sweetened)
- 1/2 cup each of dark chocolate covered coconut cubes, macha green tea covered almonds
- 1/3 cup of chocolate covered puffed quinoa
Instruction:
Mix together all the ingredients into a large serving bowl. Grab a few different sizes of bags for storing. And, you’re done. Share and enjoy!
