  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup peanuts (Spanish peanuts preferred with the skins on)
  • 3/4 each of raw cashews, Brazil nuts, pistachios, pecans, walnuts
  • 1 cup (or more) of sacha inchi seeds
  • 1/2 cup each of raw pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cranberries (naturally sweetened)
  • 1/2 cup each of dark chocolate covered coconut cubes, macha green tea covered almonds
  • 1/3 cup of chocolate covered puffed quinoa
